Dead Island 2 is releasing earlier than expected – after 8 year’s delay.

Dead Island, an excellent Zombie game that had a good release and reception and made plans for a sequel almost immediately. Has maybe become best known for its repeated postponements. The game, which was initially supposed to be released in 2015, has repeatedly been postponed, but this week Deep Silver and Dambuster Studios were finally able to bring good news to the fans.

The zombie game is finished and is now actually coming earlier than the developer announced last year. Instead of launching on April 28, it will be available on April 21, Deep Silver reports on the game’s website.

Furthermore, the publisher writes that fans can expect more details about the game during the two months leading up to launch. Deep Silver promises new trailers and videos that show how the game works.

Dead Island 2 is coming to PC via the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
